An expecting couple organized a gender party to reveal the gender of their baby to their family. But unlike any other expecting parents these days, this couple prepared something special.
Ryan Burns and his partner decided to keep their child’s gender a secret until halfway through the pregnancy. Then when the right time came to reveal the secret, the couple invited all of their family and friends over the house for a gender reveal party.
Burns used a part of his head to surprise everyone
The excited father asked his guests to raise their hands and guess whether the baby is a girl or boy. Of course, a few hands rose and said they bet it is a boy while others assumed it is a girl.
Then the couple revealed that they initially wanted to use sparklers to reveal the gender of the baby, but they decided to use it for their second pregnancy. Nonetheless, they have a backup plan and said he modified a part of himself to use it as a prop.
Naturally, the families and friends were perplexed with his statements. Some of them were also heard saying “Oh no!” and “Uh-oh.” But Burns just continued on cracking jokes while his partner was getting eager on revealing the big secret.

Mom’s strong reaction went viral
Couples from different countries used various strategies to reveal the gender of their baby. They ranged from cakes, unzipping hoodie to a secret note. But what is really fun to watch is to watch the reaction of the parents-to-be, just like this mom from Kansas whose video went viral because of her reaction upon knowing that she is having a baby girl.
Egreis Gjergjani and Jeremy, who already have two sons, cut into a cake to find out what the gender of their baby is. The surprise apparently floored the mom after finding out that she will be having a mini-me.
Mrs. Gjergjani revealed that her third pregnancy was unexpected and she never thought that she would have a baby girl. She further said that the baby’s gender does not matter to her, just knowing that she is carrying her child is an amazing feeling.
