It was a beautiful, warm night and 19-year-old KC Carter was seen dancing with Allison Cooper under the stars. They held each other close while spinning around Cody Johnson’s version of George Strait’s hit song, You Look So Good in Love.
No one else was there and only the headlights from their car lit the couple’s dance. In the middle of the song, Carter got down on his knee and popped the question. Surprised Cooper gladly accepted his boyfriend’s proposal and jumped straight into his arms. “Well guys, I proposed to my best friend,” the hunk wrote on Facebook after sharing the video.

The Texas couple had an interview about their sweet engagement and shared that they frequently joy ride together and always stop on a back road to dance. “The first night we hung out we stopped on a back road to dance,” Carter exclusively told My San Antonio. “So it’s just a tradition that stuck.”
Unlike any other proposal, the Texas couple’s proposal involves no over-the-top surprises, no props or whatsoever. They just danced under the sky and glanced at each other, showing their love for each other. The backdrop of a Texas country road just became their witness at that night.
Although there was no shocking or surprising twist at the proposal, the video surprisingly garnered over 1.5 million views on Facebook. The comment section was flooded with congratulations and praises. Some women even believe that Carter is a sweet guy who knows just the right thing to do when it comes to expressing his love to the woman he loves.
Some wives also used the video to remind their husbands that they need sweet moment too. “We need a redo,” one woman wrote. “This guy knows what he’s doing. Plus I think it’s time for another upgrade.”
Carter said that he did not expect that his simple proposal would pull too much attention on the internet. Some people also considered his proposal one of the best.
